I love the dry wanton noodles from Tanjong Rhu Wanton Noodle @ Marine Terrace. I can eat their noodles few days in a row and still don’t get sick of it. I think chilli is their secret weapon. But then again, it still tastes very good just with the black sauce. 1. Noodles are very Q and non-sticky (does not stick together) 2. Cha siew is very soft and tasty 3. Fried wanton is very crispy 4. Soup wanton has lots of meat and is very savoury, with some peppery taste Here’s their address if you would like to give it a try!
